In cooperation with the EU|FH, we offer students the opportunity of a dual study programme at our company. The model of learning in blocks ensures a constant link between theory and practice. As a result, you obtain an attractive and highly regarded dual qualification in the shortest possible time.

We are in constant contact with the universities in the region as well as the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg. Students can take advantage of the opportunity to work on challenging projects and tasks and to network by doing an internship at our company. We guarantee intensive support throughout the process.

University graduates gain a comprehensive insight into our company during our 18-month trainee programme. Working in the business, specialist departments and at important interfaces, you will have the opportunity to get to know the company’s operational and strategic core processes and to build up a network at the same time.

After an intensive induction by various managers, as a graduate you will take on tasks independently and will actively be involved in cross-divisional projects. A mentor will provide you with advice and support during the trainee programme. We offer you promising professional prospects as a junior manager and a performance-based, non-tariff salary (outside any collective bargaining agreements).
