PAY AND BENEFITS
Our Refining business offers above-average remuneration and generous terms based on a collective bargaining agreement. For us, annual additional payments like Christmas bonuses and special contributions are par for the course, as are capital-forming benefits, and a pension contribution. You also have the option to choose performance-related pay or buy company shares at a reduced price in order to boost your potential income.
